This site is the source repository where the design philosophy and usage of the habit app Align live in text form.

Position

Align is a habit app for aligning mind, word, and body. Because the app itself is deliberately minimal, the thinking behind it lives outside the screens. The Settings → “Read the source article” button takes you here.

Editorial policy

Observation over assertion. Avoid the vocabulary of any single camp (research, religion, self-help).
No loud gamification, no hype, no over-promising.
Keep articles small enough that the reason for each change can be preserved.
