1. Agreement

By using the App or the official site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. License

The App is provided free of charge for personal use, subject to the terms of the App Store and Google Play.

Copyright and other rights in the App’s code, UI, text, design, logo, and source-site articles belong to BUILD GEEKS or its licensors. Commercial use, redistribution, modification, and reverse engineering are not permitted except as allowed by law.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, to infringe on the rights of others, or to interfere with the App’s operation or other users’ use of it.

4. Health disclaimer

The App is a tool for habit formation and self-reflection. It is not a medical, psychiatric, diagnostic, or therapeutic product.

If you are facing physical or mental health issues, please consult a qualified professional. The developer is not responsible for outcomes resulting from treating any content of the App as medical advice.

5. Your data

Records in the App are stored only on your device. Backup and cross-device sync are not currently provided (this may change in the future).

The developer has no obligation to recover data lost due to device failure, loss, OS data wipes, app removal, or similar events.

6. Third-party services

The App is distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Provision and changes

The App and the official site are provided on an "as is" basis. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. There is no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, or continued availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. If significant changes are made, the Effective date will be revised. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
